In response to the socio-economic realities our world is facing, HLB Communities Day emerges as a global initiative that reaffirms HLB's commitment to social development.
In Puerto Rico, HLB Puerto Rico makes that commitment tangible by supporting the work of Vimenti — a nonprofit organization that, through its two-generation model, transforms lives by offering quality education, social support, and economic development programs to help children and their families achieve economic mobility. On Friday, June 6, 2025, HLB Puerto Rico donated the time and talent of its team through a day of volunteer service at Vimenti's facilities.
The HLB Puerto Rico team took part in revitalization work at Vimenti, located in San Juan, including classroom painting, cleaning of shared spaces, and maintenance of green areas. This effort is part of the firm's ongoing commitment to initiatives that positively impact local communities.
HLB Communities Day is a global initiative that mobilizes thousands of professionals from the HLB network worldwide to contribute to their communities through active volunteer service. In its 2024 edition, the initiative had a significant impact, with over 10,803 hours of community service donated, the participation of 2,201 volunteers, and the completion of 55 community projects worldwide.

Vimenti is an integrated service center for the whole family with three pillars: educational, social, and economic development. It was created in 2018 as a Two-Generation service model to provide social development and economic mobility opportunities to both parents and children, as well as youths and adults.
